Douglas has over 11 years of military experience spanning positions from Military Police Officer to Customs Executive Agent / Program Manager

During his Army career he has served as a Military Police Officer, Armorer, Squad Leader, Instructor, Technical Writer, Training Manager, Engagement Skills Trainer, Patrol Supervisor, Content Manager, Information Management Officer, Transition Team Leader, and Customs Program Manager. These positions were served in the United States as well as Iraq, Afghanistan, and Korea. Douglas' experience has included line, supervisory, and management levels, criminal and administrative investigation, advanced pistol, rifle, and crew served weapon instruction, training development based on emerging trends, emergency planning and management, as well as Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection Planning. He has been transition lead for numerous new technologies in network management, command and control systems, access control, and security management.

Douglas' most recent assignment was as a liaison with portions of the Department of Homeland Security as the Customs Program Manager for US Army Central Command.
