Larry is the owner of LSA Consulting LLC. He has over 28 years of correctional experience spanning positions from Correctional Officer to Warden.

Larry's professional career has included performing duties as a Correctional Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Counselor, Training Officer, Background Investigator, Senior and Chief background Investigator, Program Administrator [equivalent to Captain], Associate Warden, Chief Deputy Warden and Warden.

These positions were served in the California Department of Corrections in 6 prisons and the department's headquarters. His experience includes line, supervisory, management and administrative levels, custody of inmates, investigation of staff & inmates, incident evaluation and management, emergency operations planning and management, involvement in the design development and review of approximately $5.27 billion worth of new prison construction.

He has also been involved in developing and implementing correctional training programs for correctional and support staff, fiscal management of more than 100 million dollars annually, preparing staffing plans, conducting union negotiations, developing cost reductions, policy and procedure development and implementation, preparation of strategies for testimony and defense of correctional staff, operational evaluations, and professional organization accreditation by outside entities.

Additionally, Larry served as a member of the Department of Corrections Technology Transfer Committee for more than 8 years and worked with such organizations as the National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Committee [NLECTC] and the National Institute of Corrections (NIC), both agencies within the US Department of Justice, as well as with the American Correctional Association [ACA].
