Expert Witness for plaintiff in a Federal Civil Action in Jackson, Mississippi.

Correctional Security Consultant for the New York Department of Correction, Rikers Island, and City of New York, Office of Management & Budgets.

Correctional Security Consultant to Winzler & Kelly Consulting Engineers, Sacramento & Santa Rosa, California, on the Condemned Inmate Complex, San Quentin State Prison and other varied State Prison design & construction projects - Statewide.

Correctional Security Representative for the California Department of Corrections in the design and construction of over $5 million worth of prison construction and renovation.

LSA Consulting LLC has been selected by Canizaro Cawthon Davis Architects Jackson, Mississippi as the Security Expert in the Design/Build of the new Meridian Law Enforcement Center in Meridian, Mississippi. This 44,000 square foot building is a renovation in an existing vacant storefront space and is valued at $6 million.

LSA Consulting LLC is a subcontractor to Integrated Justice Systems International LLC (IJSI) (a joint venture of Tetra Tech, Inc. and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)) for execution of a Criminal Justice Program Support (CJPS) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple-award contract.  The U.S. Department of State (DOS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) awarded IJSI CJPS Contract No.SAQMMA11D0087 on June 15, 2011.  LSA Consulting LLC is party to this CJPS Contract under Subcontract No.  CJPS-D0087-TTMSA-11-5001
